The Centology Portal benefits from having online forms housed directly inside the Portal, to allow for increased efficiency, data security and ease for Advisers, Adviser Administrators and Clients.
To access the Forms page on the Centology Portal, open the Navigation Bar and click on 'Forms', then from the dropdown menu, select 'Forms':
This will bring you to the Forms page where you can find recently generated forms:
Through the use of the icons in the 'Links' section to the left hand side of the screen you can view, edit and process the form:

| Clicking the JSON extract icon allows users to view the form in a raw, text-only JSON format. It is intended for use by the development team for debugging, diagnostics, and investigative purposes. | |

Clicking the archive icon will archive a form. Forms in archive status are no longer visible to the client and cannot be altered by Adviser Administrators. | |
